• Anatomy & Physiology
  This award is the 'foundation' upon which all other Complementary, Beauty and Sports Therapy awards are based. TrainE-TraidE offers this award as a level 3 Science which is often accepted by other institutions in place of Biology A level for further courses of study.
  
• Beauty Therapy
  This course is being offered to TrainE-TraidE candidates who would like to train as Beauty Therapists.
  
• Holistic Massage
  Candidates must hold the ITEC Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology or equivalent in order to complete this course. This can be studied concurrently with this unit.
  
• Nutritional Therapy
  The BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy is an internationally recognised degree qualification and one of the most respected nutritional therapists' qualifications globally. It will enable you to qualify as a Nutritional Therapist - an exciting career with many opportunities in today's increasingly health concious society.
  
• Qualified Maternity Assistant
  This course aims to give women of all ages the tools to become qualified maternity assistants.  A maternity assistant is a person who will enter the home of a woman who has recently given birth, to assist her and her family.
  
• Reflexology
  Reflexology is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hand with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. it is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.

• Aromatherapy
  Aromatherapy is the study and application of plant essential oils to the body usually by massage through baths, compresses and inhalations are also used.
