Through the Business Enterprise Programme, entrepreneurs who have had little success in developing their ideas through mainstream channels find themselves in a place that is there not to further their despondency, but rather a place which acts to support and nurture their ideas and confidence through the development of core business skills, effective presentation, business seminars and a continual supportive presence provided by TrainE-TraidE staff and their extensive mentor network.

TrainE-TraidE operate bi-weekly/monthly business monitoring sessions that track progress of your business. A comprehensive analysis of management, marketing efforts and back office processes is undertaken.  Established business men and women from the TrainE-TraidE network will work alongside you to set clear goals and objectives for your business as well as strategies to achieve them. Results are monitored and  action points and strategy is refined over time.

TrainE-TraidE Business Monitoring sessions occur on Monday Mornings from  9AM-12PM with 4x1hr booking slots available each week.

Please note: Prior completion and submission of TrainE-TraidE’s Business Support Questionnaire is a prerequisite to booking an appointment for Business Monitoring.

Business Mentor Programme

Do you want to learn from the experience and mistakes of more experienced business owners?
Could you use a little guidance to achieve desired business objectives (both short and long term?

TrainE-TraidE provide a very structured mentor programme aligned to businesses at different levels. Mentees can choose expect a minimum of 2 hours face-time with their mentor per month with many of our pairings choosing to meet more frequently. The time-frame decided comes down to what the goal is and what time both parties feel will be needed. TrainE-TraidE seek to tailor mentoring requirements around the specific challenges your business is facing.
