BSC (Hons) MRICS & an FSA Approved Individual. A chartered surveyor who began the first 10 years of his profession at Jones Lang LaSalle and became a European Director, in charge of Private Client Real Estate. He left with Maurice Golker to set up Investream Limited in 2002, which soon became a profitable property investment company and having benefited from a successful career, he was able to devote his expertise and time to establish TrainE–TraidE as well as assisting a number of other charities including Seed, Chana, various local schools and charities in Israel. He is 40 years old and lives in Hendon with his wife and six children.

Maurice Golker
BSC (Hons) MRICS – a chartered surveyor, spent the first 3 years of his professional life at Gross Fine following by five years at Jones Lang SaSalle where he became a National Director. Left in 2002 with Mark Morris to set up Investream Limited, a successful property investment company. Devotes significant time to TrainE–TraidE and various other charities including Jewish Care (chairman of the Business Lunch Committee) and a trustee of the North West London Jewish Day School. Actively involved in various schools, institutions, and charities in London and Israel. Lives in Hendon with his wife and two children.

Jonathan Schapira ACA
Chartered Accountant and retired Insolvency Practitioner with over 25 years of insolvency reconstruction experience. Jonathan was a partner at PKF and a senior partner at Leonard Curtis, London for over 15 years. Jonathan is the chairman of Cable Finance Limited, a company that specialises in reconstruction Finance operating closely with Banks, Asset Based Lenders and stakeholders. Jonathan sits on the boards of a number of companies and charities.
