The Team

Dalia Davis, originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, qualified as a school teacher and went on to complete a postgraduate degree in business at the University of Witwatersrand Business School. In London she completed her Masters degree in Human Resource Management at Middlesex University. She has worked primarily in human resource development roles, at KPMG Consulting and the London Borough of Brent.

Dalia is responsible for projects including the internships, placements and the mentoring scheme. As a qualified MBTI practitioner, she is also involved in administering the personality assessment tool. She also assists in the development of business seminars, with subjects specifically focused on issues experienced by business start-ups.
